What information do we collect?

We collect information when adults register for or use the CLUB Homeschool app and associated forum, including when they read, write, evaluate, or otherwise interact with shared content.

When registering, adults are asked to provide their name and email address. We verify email addresses by sending a message containing a unique link. When that link is used, we can confirm that the person registering has access to the email address provided.

When members post or otherwise interact with our services, we may record their IP addresses. We may also retain server logs containing the IP addresses associated with requests made to our systems.

Children’s information

During CLUB Homeschool app registration, we collect limited information about children solely to facilitate event registration and participation.

This information includes:

  • Name: Required.

  • Birthday: Required.

  • Allergies: Voluntary.

  • Accommodation needs: Voluntary.

Parents and legal guardians provide this information on behalf of their children so CLUB Homeschool can help address accommodation needs and, when appropriate, anonymously notify event groups of parent/guardian identified allergy concerns and reasonable precaution recommendations.

What do we use your information for?

Information we collect may be used to:
